so the trailer opens to a small sprout and then, toby bursts out and the sprout on his head blooms into a golden sunflower, then pink flowers explode everywhere

next we see the fun gang fighting a new enemy that looks like..... a rudin?? hey echidna theory.. can we have a talk?

next we see what i assume to be a castletown fight (theres no way it isnt but still) against trashy, nubert anddd some weird orb thing that i cant find on the wiki but i've definently seen before
after a quick showcase of chapters 2,3 and 4 we see the fun gang fighting against a man made out of pots with a small pink bush growing from its head, as well as weilding a shovel (its desgin kinda reminds me of shovel knight) now i dont have a CLUE as to what its doing to the battle box but i guess we're going to japan now.
we also see five pots with... IS THAT FLOWEY'S FACE???? HEY HEY TOBY TOBY MR FOX IS THAT FLOWEY'S FACE UH?? but surely there will be nothing else flowey related for the rest of the trailer i mean he's not even a deltarune character he's from undertale

what is this?? my first thought was the white pen of hope but idkkkkkkk im not sure if that really makes sense y'know... all that kinda felt way more metaphorical that literal and besides susie just got a super good weapon last chapter why would we switch it out!! i mean unless the pen isnt a weapon but all of kris' pens/ pencils turn into swords in the darkworld and we see the girl in the prophecy weilding a sword but if its a pen in the darkworld and UGGGHHH IDDKKKKKKK 
and finally... we get this beautiful artwork of the fungang standing atop a hip-and-gable roof (very very common asian architecture) and facing towards the sun (how??? they're in a dark world how is there a sun??) (i have theories on this dw)
and then.... a release date...

a chapter that seems to be all about trying to repress and ignore bad feeling and fears, filled with pink and gold, and potentually the final stop in the forgoten man's journey, or at least the last one we know of, in the house of the guy who has been obsessing over dess' disappearance. hey toby what the fuck are you cooking. im scared.

also they're making battat and pluey keychains!!! they're so cute (well pluey is, the green one is vile and moldy as usual.) (also where tf is jongler??) anyways did you guys know that the fangamer website in always in usd unless you change it every time? it would be really embarassing if someone brought the keychains in a fit of excitement after the trailer dropped without realising the prices were in usd not aud. especially since it would be almost $20 more than they thought. who would do something like that?
